Appreciate - Be grateful to and of your horses, treat them with kindness, knowledge and understanding.

Be - Be yourself, be pressent by example of your horse and just be. If in doubt, being is the way to reconnect with yourself and the horse

Create - people and horses are creative beings. Find joy and pride in co-creating. If only you are up for it you need to seek another way back to creativity
